This role is a 3 day per week role.Our Archivist and Community Engagement Coordinator has responsibility for overseeing the collection, collation and record management of both the School’s physical and digital historical assets. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Communications and Engagement, the Archivist is required to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders. This is an important role as it is responsible for ensuring the memories, stories and traditions of the School’s proud 121-year history are preserved and shared with alumni, current and future students and families. Candidates with a background including implementation of and ongoing use of digital records cataloguing and retrieval systems will be highly regarded.The responsibility for Community Engagement includes supporting the School as the School engages with Ravenswood community.
