Working in close partnership with classroom teachers, students, families, key staff members and external professionals, you will support the design and delivery of differentiated and adjusted learning experiences. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with teachers to support the delivery of differentiated, inclusive curriculum and assessment  Design and implement Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and targeted interventions to support diverse learners  Monitor student progress and use data to inform personalised support strategies  Provide effective case management, including documentation and coordination with staff, families, and external professionals  Support NCCD processes, NESA Examination Provisions, and ensure compliance with relevant requirements  About You You will bring: A strong understanding of inclusive education and differentiated instruction Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs in a school setting Excellent collaboration and communication skills High-level organisational and case management capabilities Knowledge of NCCD requirements and NESA Examination Provisions (or willingness to develop this expertise) Post-graduate qualifications in Inclusive Education or Special Education (desirable) A commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional growth Work Health & Safety All employees must: take reasonable care of their own and others' safety during the performance of their work; and  cooperate with Ravenswood initiatives to fulfil legal obligations and improve safety.  To Apply: Please include a cover letter as the first page of your resume.
