We are currently seeking a passionate and collaborative Learning Enrichment Teacher to join our Teaching and Learning team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, evidence-informed approach to inclusive education within a high-performing and supportive school environment.
About the Role
The Learning Enrichment Teacher plays a vital role in fostering an inclusive learning environment where all students can access and engage meaningfully with the curriculum. Working in close partnership with classroom teachers, students, families, key staff members and external professionals, you will support the design and delivery of differentiated and adjusted learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with teachers to support the delivery of differentiated, inclusive curriculum and assessment
Design and implement Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and targeted interventions to support diverse learners
Monitor student progress and use data to inform personalised support strategies
Provide effective case management, including documentation and coordination with staff, families, and external professionals
Support NCCD processes, NESA Examination Provisions, and ensure compliance with relevant requirements
About You
You will bring:
A strong understanding of inclusive education and differentiated instruction
Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs in a school setting
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
High-level organisational and case management capabilities
Knowledge of NCCD requirements and NESA Examination Provisions (or willingness to develop this expertise)
Post-graduate qualifications in Inclusive Education or Special Education (desirable)
A commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional growth
