Boarding House Supervisor

Ravenswood School for Girls is a Uniting Church Prep to Year 12 day and boarding school for girls located on Sydney’s North Shore. We are seeking positive and supportive Boarding House Supervisors to join our Boarding House Team to work in the Residential College on a casual basis to cover shifts as required during term time. This role will commence in Term 1, 2026.

This role is responsible for providing support for the operational aspects of the Residential College, ensuring that students are safe and supported in a strong and caring environment. To be considered for this position you will ideally have experience supervising in a boarding facility, and will have a genuine interest in the health and wellbeing of girls, and will have a current First Aid Certificate. This is a challenging yet rewarding position and will require the incumbent to deal with issues relating to girls living away from home, including assisting with their social and academic needs.
