The hours for this role are 8:00am – 4:00pm.This role provides timely, efficient, and confidential administrative support to key members of the Wellbeing Team, including the Head of Senior School, School Psychologists, and Year Coordinators. Based at the Wellbeing Centre reception, the successful applicant will be the first point of contact for students attending appointments and will play a key role in creating a calm, welcoming, and professional environment. They will maintain a friendly and approachable manner, be solutions-focused, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. On a day-to-day basis, they will use initiative to manage and prioritise tasks, respond to urgent matters, monitor deadlines, and communicate effectively with staff, students, and families.To secure this role, the successful applicant will have:Highly developed administrative, organisational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across the school community.Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
