The key focus of the role is to build and implement engaging and effective digital content which delivers communication, brand and enrolment digital marketing objectives.Responsibility covers social media content curation, planning and implementation across all social platforms; website content implementation; SEO and PPC; on-campus digital signage and intranet content; digital platform insights and analytics; video production and photography of events with external suppliers for tier 1 events; taking in-house photographs at tier 2 events.The Digital Content and Social Media Coordinator will support the strategic goals of the Marketing, Communications and Engagement Department and deliver on initiatives to support brand development, differentiation and exposure. The role is also responsible for working collaboratively with team members within the Marketing, Communications and Engagement portfolio, external suppliers and with other staff across the School.To be successful in securing this position, you will have:Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital and social media marketing content creation, planning and production.Experience updating website content and website design including using Wordpress is desirable.Experience with SEO and PPC is desirable.Experience in using analytics to track campaign and content effectiveness.Experience capturing and editing engaging content.Experience briefing and implementing briefs with suppliers including but not limited to external photographers, videographers, website, and media agencies.Strong written communication skills, especially relevant to digital platforms.A strong work ethic, a desire to succeed.Positive and energetic with a can-do attitude.The ability to work as an effective and productive team member.The ability to manage and prioritise multiple conflicting tasks, meeting expected deadlines of production.The ability to develop effective working relationships with multiple stakeholders and external suppliers.Creative and innovative, caring about great content ideas and optimisationFlexible and open minded, a champion of change and continuous improvement.Ability to keep up to date with the latest digital applications and software to support the role.To Apply:Please include a cover letter as the first page of your resume.Ravenswood School for Girls is dedicated to maintaining a child safe environment and is committed to the safety, welfare and wellbeing of children.
